Lost Card

If your debit card is ever lost or stolen, please report it as soon as possible to your financial institution. If it is after banking hours please call 1-800-472-3272.

Large Purchases

Our debit cards are set with default purchase and ATM limits. If you are going to be making a large purchase or withdrawal from an ATM, please let any of our facilities know and we can raise your limit temporarily or permanently to the amount of your choosing.

ATMs

Although your card can be used anywhere, some places will charge a fee for use of their ATM. Our ATM located at our Main facility in Hardin can be used free of charge.

Instant Issuance Cards

Instant Issuance cards are available at our Hardin facility or can be picked up at our other facilities. Choose from our 3 card styles: Hardin Bridge, Calhoun Warriors, or Brussels Raiders.

Traveling?

If you are going on vacation, please call any of our facilities with the dates and your destination. Debit cards are monitored for any unusual activity especially if the card is used outside your normal travel area. By letting us know, it may avoid any interruption of your debit card availability. Some hotels put holds on your card that are larger than your room rate. This can effect how much you can spend depending on your daily limits that are set on your card as well as the balance of your account. Make sure to raise the limit on your card or use another form of purchase.
